About Venus Aerospace
Venus Aerospace builds propulsion systems—rotating detonation rocket engines and detonation ramjets—for space, defense, and high‑speed aviation programs. It develops and tests engines and propulsion platforms that customers integrate into spacecraft, missiles, and high‑Mach aircraft. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Houston, it is privately held; on May 14, 2025 it conducted a test flight of a high‑thrust RDRE, demonstrating flight‑propulsion capability.
