Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead and guide teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards for code quality and consistency.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate and deliver software components.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and project outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Java.
- Strong expertise designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Experience with code reviews, automated testing, and other code quality practices.
- Ability to lead development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
