Responsibilities

Build and rapidly ship new capabilities, MVPs, and internal tooling across the FastAPI/Python and PostgreSQL backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
Build and maintain integrations with EHRs, payor systems, APIs, and customer-specific internal tools.
Diagnose and resolve issues in high-volume systems supporting agents making thousands of daily phone calls.
Work with AI product managers and engineering to turn client feedback into improvements to the core platform.
Tune LLM prompting, voice and transcription configuration, and conversation logic for more human and reliable real-time voice agents.
Manage priorities and quality across multiple clients and competing deadlines.

Experience with software development, ideally through an internship or side project.
Understanding of FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, or equivalent technologies in other languages.
Client-facing experience and creative problem-solving for customer needs are preferred.
Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or other ML models is preferred.
Ability to take ownership and support AI voice agents handling thousands of daily phone calls.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
