Responsibilities
- Develop backend algorithms to process and chunk articles, integrate with LLMs, and support predictive text generation.
- Build APIs and services that manage and scale content workflows in SaaS applications.
- Create encrypted PDF upload workflows compatible with Adobe Acrobat and implement enterprise authentication through Okta.
- Enable data recovery, auditing, and enterprise-grade administrative capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize OCR and generative AI solutions.
- Implement RAG use cases with vector databases and embedding pipelines, including custom GPT features for enterprise clients.
- Design large-scale data processing workflows and manage infrastructure for custom AI solutions using tools such as Snowflake and LangChain.
- Establish software delivery pipelines and release structures, conduct security evaluations, and optimize application performance.
- Build integrations and proof-of-concept applications using client datasets and AI technologies.
- Evaluate and implement classification, indexing, secure data management, internal AI model, and custom LLM solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails with significant backend experience.
- Experience designing secure systems, including encryption workflows and document protection mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or Hugging Face frameworks into SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of RAG techniques, vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate, and embedding pipelines.
- Ability to operationalize AI/ML models and build enterprise workflows.
- Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as React or Vue, including the ability to evaluate and recommend technology stacks.
- Computer vision and OCR experience for complex document processing is preferred.
- Experience with Okta, enterprise administrative tools, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure release management, security evaluations, vulnerability assessments, and tool integrations is preferred.
- Strong automated and manual testing experience, plus experience with data recovery, audits, and compliance workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
