Responsibilities
- Design and develop Luminance’s AI platform.
- Provide Luminance’s core AI technology for use within the company’s software architecture.
- Develop large-scale Python codebases and web-hosted platforms composed of applications and underlying services.
- Provide or develop leadership through technical direction or team leadership.
- Drive projects through to completion and learn new technologies quickly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a First or 2:1, preferably in a technical subject.
- Experience developing large-scale Python codebases, or willingness to develop the desired skills as a graduate.
- Familiarity with the Python standard library and popular open-source libraries such as Flask, Requests, NumPy, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of software development best practices and architecture, particularly for web-hosted platforms and underlying services.
- Ability to provide or desire to develop technical or people leadership.
- Strong capacity and desire to learn new things quickly, with drive and enthusiasm to complete projects.
