Responsibilities
- Provide infrastructure support and extensive troubleshooting across multiple products, features, and services.
- Develop tools and code primarily in Java and AWS technologies.
- Support software deployments in staging and production environments.
- Improve infrastructure, operational performance, and stability.
- Own technical components and participate in design, code, and procedure reviews.
- Research root causes and resolve defects thoroughly.
- Deliver technology addressing compliance, security, and privacy risks.
- Drive large-scale technology projects, pipeline automation, and CI/CD initiatives.
- Provide system and support status reporting and collaborate with Support and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Customer-focused problem-solving skills and experience supporting technology teams.
- Technical, communication, troubleshooting, research, and root-cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience with Java and AWS technologies is indicated by the role's coding responsibilities.
