Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, debug, and maintain Angular web frontends and Java Spring Boot microservices for customer-facing banking and credit card features.
- Participate in requirements analysis, story grooming, design reviews, acceptance-criteria definition, and all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated and manual BDD test scripts; manage test data, test results, test plans, exit reports, traceability, and defect workflows.
- Create Jenkins jobs, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and support integration, end-to-end, shift-left, and production validation activities.
- Perform responsive web design and ADA accessibility validation using NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, CCA, and other accessibility tools and processes.
- Analyze application issues and performance concerns, conduct root-cause analysis, triage and resolve defects, and provide release and postproduction support.
- Maintain feature documentation, SDLC controls, metrics, and process improvements while collaborating with Scrum teams, impacted systems, and external partners.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot for code generation, refactoring, debugging, unit tests, API scaffolding, Angular components, and Spring Boot boilerplate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related STEM field, or comparable work experience.
- 4–6 years of full-stack development and testing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development test automation using Selenium and Cucumber.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development platforms such as OpenShift is preferred.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, collaborate across teams, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced onshore/offshore environment.
