Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in DeepTech and related cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for department growth and a potential spin-off.
- Collaborate directly with the department founder and a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
