Base Salary
$210k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production machine learning models used in decision-making systems.
- Build or adopt technologies for training and serving machine learning models, including support for large models and improved developer velocity.
- Monitor current machine learning research and evaluate applicable ideas.
- Build and scale efficient machine learning pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
- Track model performance, detect drift, and automate retraining.
- Explain statistical and machine learning concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineers and contribute to engineering excellence through testing, explainable systems, and code review.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of industry experience applying machine learning, including neural networks, to large-scale problems.
- Experience with recommendation systems.
- Hands-on experience with deep neural networks in production at scale.
- Strong engineering and coding skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver projects on time.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Machine Learning, Math, Physics, or a similar field.
- PhD and AdTech experience are preferred.
