Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 initiatives in AI infrastructure.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Own critical milestones supporting department growth and potential spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise in AI infrastructure or related AI/ML engineering work.
- A high-agency builder mindset and willingness to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
