Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug software for the MILSATCOM Decision Workflow application.
- Collaborate with software engineers to design web-based application architectures.
- Provide technical solutions with minimal requirements input from the government.
- Review application logs, identify errors, determine root causes, and implement preventive reliability improvements.
- Assist with data collection and migration from existing application code and SQL tables to JIRA and Confluence.
- Work with system administrators on web network configurations and maintain professional relationships with Department of War military and civilian clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
- 9 or more years of applicable software engineering experience.
- DoW SECRET clearance or higher.
- Knowledge of cloud-deployed web applications and networks.
- Strong programming, scripting, SQL database design and maintenance, web design, web architecture, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and IIS skills.
- Object-oriented programming experience with C# and .NET Core 8.0 or greater.
- Blazor Server development experience.
- Experience with DevOps tools including Git and Azure Boards/Repos.
- Experience with JIRA issue screens and workflows and Confluence repositories.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new and existing technologies independently and work effectively with government clients.
