Responsibilities
- Design resilient, scalable, and secure Azure architectures for enterprise customers.
- Lead Azure Landing Zone design and implementation.
- Architect infrastructure, application, and database migrations from on-premises environments to Azure.
- Design cloud-native, hybrid, and edge solutions using Azure platform services.
- Define cloud governance, security, identity, networking, and compliance standards.
- Automate deployments and platform management with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM Templates.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to consultants and engineering teams.
- Support solution development, client workshops, architecture reviews, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience architecting, implementing, and operating Microsoft Azure solutions.
- Deep understanding of cloud and enterprise architectures, distributed systems, and hybrid scenarios.
- Experience with networking, security, identity, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure AD or Entra ID, Zero Trust, private networking, Bicep, Terraform, ARM, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Experience with integration and data architectures in cloud environments.
- Solid understanding of governance, ALM, and quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, and customer-interaction skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach consultants and engineers.
- Experience or solid knowledge in Azure data and AI services, Copilot integration, analytics, or automation.
- Fluency in German and English is required, with German and English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
- Willingness to travel according to project requirements.
