Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-based voicebot solutions for pharmaceutical customer service.
- Design conversational flows, dialogue designs, and prompts for LLM-based applications.
- Configure intent recognition, routing logic, and response logic.
- Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and backend-system interfaces.
- Build and maintain automated workflows with n8n.
- Implement monitoring and error-handling mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business departments and technology partners.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in conversational AI or voicebots.
- Practical experience with prompt engineering and LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and experience with REST APIs and JSON.
- Hands-on experience with n8n and workflow automation is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures.
- Ideally, experience with TTS/STT or voice-AI platforms such as Famulor or Amazon Lex.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
