Responsibilities
- Architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and architectures for models trained on large unlabeled text datasets.
- Monitor and evaluate language-model performance using relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in large language models.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and data augmentation methods.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
