Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a modern, responsive, high-performance agentic operations platform.
- Design, develop, fine-tune, and optimize small language models for domain-specific and enterprise applications.
- Optimize models for low-latency inference and edge deployments, and develop inference pipelines.
- Monitor, benchmark, and improve model efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across environments.
- Maintain documentation, experiment tracking, and model governance practices.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services, and design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement security, authentication, and authorization logic.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and robustness of server-side applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services securely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with 7+ years of total experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, including component lifecycle, hooks, and state management.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, Tailwind, SCSS, Git, Webpack, and API development.
- Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and error handling.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools.
- Expertise in Ansible, Terraform, and shell scripting.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Preferred familiarity with CI/CD, configuration management, AWS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Docker, Git, and API tools.
