Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a modern, responsive, high-performance agentic operations platform.
- Design, develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize domain-specific small language models for enterprise applications, low-latency inference, and edge deployments.
- Develop inference pipelines and monitor, benchmark, and improve model efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Maintain documentation, experiment tracking, and model governance practices.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services, integrate third-party APIs, and design and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement security, authentication, and authorization logic while ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and server-side robustness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with 7+ years of total experience.
- Strong Python, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind, SCSS, Git, and Webpack skills.
- Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and error handling.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana monitoring tools.
- Expertise in Ansible, Terraform, and shell scripting.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Preferred familiarity with CI/CD, configuration management, AWS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Docker, Git, and API tools.
