Responsibilities
- Build and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performance operations platform.
- Design, develop, and optimize small language models for enterprise applications.
- Fine-tune SLMs to improve accuracy and performance.
- Develop inference pipelines and evaluate model performance.
- Monitor and improve model efficiency and scalability.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement security and authorization logic for applications.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services securely.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
- Strong skills in Python, React.js, NodeJS, and NextJS.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Expertise in Ansible, Terraform, and shell scripting.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
