Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and optimize high-performance C++ applications for real-time trading systems.
- Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement and refine trading algorithms.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance under extreme market conditions.
- Provide front-desk support and troubleshoot system issues with traders.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and trading idea brainstorming.
- Develop tooling and automation using Python or scripting languages as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, or a similar field from a well-recognized university.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong C++ development skills, including C++17/20.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and systems programming.
- Experience with Python or scripting languages for tooling and automation.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with financial markets, market data feeds, or exchange protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
