Responsibilities
- Design, build, and integrate applications as part of enterprise projects.
- Develop and support Java and Spring Boot applications and APIs.
- Work with Kafka or MQ and understand end-to-end interactions across distributed systems.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and application issues across downstream platforms.
- Use GitHub, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, and Jenkins for automated builds, deployments, and release pipelines.
- Work with Linux/Unix shell scripts, Oracle databases using SQL and PL/SQL, Tomcat, and Control-M.
- Collaborate across packaged and custom-built solutions and communicate technical issues clearly.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation in application development within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, including API development and support.
- Understanding of application and integration architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with integration and event-driven technologies, including Kafka and/or MQ.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tooling.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix shell scripting, Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, Tomcat, and Control-M.
- Strong troubleshooting, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to infrastructure, networks, and modern technology platforms.
- Exposure to fraud, scams, or banking platforms is advantageous.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools, JIRA, Confluence, testing frameworks, or test automation is desirable.
