Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software solutions using C# and .NET.
- Support customer billing, usage charging, subscription management, premium product, and entitlement systems.
- Build and maintain agency booking APIs and integrations.
- Design, develop, and support scalable applications through production.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across critical systems.
- Contribute to code quality, testing, security, performance, reliability, and scalability improvements.
- Participate in a shared on-call roster for business-critical applications.
Requirements
- Commercial experience developing applications with C# and .NET.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and design principles.
- Experience with SQL databases and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
