Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, configure, and enhance software solutions and ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain existing software components and improve their performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow environments.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist and guide junior team members.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques relevant to ServiceNow.
- 15 years of full-time education.
