Responsibilities
- Participate in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs.
- Identify system enhancements, analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
- Write basic code based on design specifications and conduct testing and debugging.
- Use business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex application issues.
- Assess risks, comply with applicable laws and policies, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
- Develop working knowledge of client-server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and SQL concepts.
- Experience with programming and debugging business applications.
- Working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and programming languages.
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific business area related to application development.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
