Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Integrate business-to-business communication protocols and standards using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues while improving performance and reliability.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates for knowledge sharing and maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and work independently toward subject-matter expertise.
- Guide and support junior team members in their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Minimum 3 years of total professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for integration processes.
- Experience with business-to-business communication protocols and standards.
