Responsibilities
- Implement Prime Brokerage solutions across FX and Equities using Java and cloud-native technologies.
- Design and develop system architecture, application features, and scalable automated solutions.
- Collaborate with end users, trading, quantitative, product, and technology stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
- Perform application design, development, and testing while improving the software development lifecycle and product quality.
- Provide third-line production support for applications.
- Maintain documentation and follow Citi policies and procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to departmental best practices and processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Intermediate-level experience in an Applications Development role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing requirements.
