Base Salary
$115k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the AI-in-GTM strategy and roadmap.
- Lead build-vs-buy evaluations for AI investments.
- Design and manage governance for AI solutions.
- Architect and ship reusable GTM infrastructure.
- Run AI pilots from proof of concept to scaled adoption.
- Drive AI enablement and adoption at organizational scale.
- Build evaluation frameworks for production AI.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
- Represent the function to executive stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor a growing team of builders.
- Stay hands-on by designing and deploying custom AI agents.
Requirements
- 10+ years in growth marketing, product management, GTM engineering, or operations.
- 4+ years in GTM Engineering, AI Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
- Proven track record of owning AI or GTM strategy end-to-end.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and workflows.
- Cross-functional leadership skills without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs and agent frameworks.
- Strong builder fundamentals including SQL and scripting.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Hypothesis-driven operator with structured pilot experience.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical concepts.
- Track record of enabling others to change their work processes.
- Demonstrated experience with modern martech stacks.
