Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Develop and support SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Design integrations and manage data flow between financial systems.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead software quality and delivery best practices, troubleshoot components, and improve performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required; the additional information specifies a minimum of 8 years in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance is required.
- Experience designing and developing custom software solutions in enterprise resource planning environments.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and data flow between financial systems.
- Ability to work with modern software frameworks and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components for performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
