Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cybersecurity and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones supporting rapid growth and a potential spin-off.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, commercial leaders, and the department founder.
Requirements
- Proven cybersecurity or relevant domain expertise.
- A high-agency builder mindset with the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
