Responsibilities
- Implement tactical missile flight algorithms using embedded C++.
- Perform modeling and data analysis using MATLAB.
- Work with 3-DOF and 6-DOF missile dynamics in support of missile defense integration.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment across organizational levels.
- Travel approximately 10% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of related experience, or a STEM master’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or a PhD and 1 year of related experience.
- Experience with modeling and data analysis.
- Experience implementing tactical missile flight algorithms using embedded C++.
- Experience using MATLAB.
- Experience with 3-DOF and 6-DOF missile dynamics.
- Current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required at application and start.
- Preferred: extensive missile defense domain knowledge.
- Preferred: familiarity with Atlassian and Agile software development practices.
- Preferred: Security+ certification.

- Primary base salary range is $108,800.00–$163,200.00 annually.

- The position is located in Huntsville, Alabama, requires an active Secret clearance, and includes approximately 10% travel.
