Base Salary

$190k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

Design systems that help agents remember, summarize, and retrieve context across long-running customer interactions.
Build workflows and tools that reduce failure modes and improve agent trust in production.
Create observability and evaluation infrastructure to monitor agent behavior, debug issues, and improve quality.
Scale multi-tenant systems that isolate customer and agent context for reliable enterprise use.
Build backend infrastructure supporting agent memory, orchestration, tool use, actions, and continuous improvement.

At least 3 years of backend or software engineering experience building reliable production systems.
Experience designing APIs, working with databases, and building reliable long-running workflows.
Practical understanding of system design, debugging, observability, and production reliability.
Interest in building dependable AI-agent infrastructure and translating product needs into reliable systems.
Customer-focused, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with high ownership and autonomy.
