Responsibilities
- Design systems for agents to remember and retrieve context across customer interactions.
- Build workflows and tools to reduce failure modes and enhance agent trust.
- Set up observability and evaluation infrastructure to monitor agent behavior.
- Scale multi-tenant systems to ensure isolated and reliable customer context.
Requirements
- 3+ years of backend or software engineering experience.
- Experience building reliable systems in production.
- Comfortable designing APIs and working with databases.
- Understanding of system design, debugging, and production reliability.
- Customer-focused with the ability to translate product needs into infrastructure.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced environments with high ownership.
