Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack product features from customer discovery through production.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows and shared foundations for agent context, tool use, evaluation, and observability.
- Design reliable LLM workflows with evaluation loops and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, and quality.
- Build real-time data pipelines, normalization, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Set architectural direction across performance, security, and developer experience.
- Contribute to code reviews, engineering practices, frequent releases, and customer-feedback-driven product improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience building and shipping production features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Production experience with TypeScript and Python and experience building applications with Next.js.
- Hands-on production experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, and embeddings, including workflow evaluation and production trade-offs.
- Strong foundations in APIs, databases, full-stack system design, data-intensive products, and enterprise integrations.
- Evidence of strong engineering ability, initiative, ownership, clear communication, sound judgment, and reliable follow-through in a small or entrepreneurial product team.
