Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and shape product direction.
- Build full-stack features spanning data models, AI behavior, and polished user interfaces.
- Create interfaces that allow users to guide AI agents, track progress, and approve actions.
- Use product usage insights to improve performance, reliability, and engineering workflows.
- Own product features end to end in a small-team environment.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 to 10 years of experience, with the role spanning mid-level to staff scope.
- Professional TypeScript experience across frontend and backend, plus strong foundations in frontend, backend, and databases.
- A track record of shipping software for real users and learning from production usage.
- Experience working at a startup or small company and taking ownership of features end to end.
- Clear communication, good product judgment, and the ability to review and verify AI-generated code.
- Experience with React or Next.js, PostgreSQL or Supabase, Vercel, and Python is relevant but not required across every technology.
- B2B product experience, data visualization, and AI interface design are useful; procurement experience is not required.
Benefits
- Annual salary of €90,000 to €140,000 plus equity.
- Full-time, on-site work in Berlin, Germany.
- Candidates should already be based in Berlin or be willing to relocate.
