Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack campaign-management features across PHP/Laravel APIs and React UI components.
- Design technical solutions and build background jobs, REST endpoints, MySQL migrations, and high-precision campaign, bidding, budget, and billing logic.
- Maintain synchronized frontend and backend systems through OpenAPI/TypeSpec typed API contracts.
- Own production stability through automated testing, AWS ECS deployments, and Datadog/Sentry alerting.
- Review full-stack code, optimize database queries, and use modern AI coding tools in daily development.
- Partner with Product to break down features, estimate effort, and deliver iterative releases.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience building and scaling production web applications.
- Computer science degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Deep experience with PHP 8 and Laravel, including RESTful APIs, background queues, input validation, and MySQL schema design and query tuning.
- Strong TypeScript and React or Vue skills, including server-state management and typed API clients.
- Experience with OpenAPI or TypeSpec and full-stack automated testing.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Redis, Datadog, Sentry, and AI coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, pragmatic delivery, autonomy, communication, collaboration, and peer code review skills.
- Preferred experience includes ad tech, marketplaces, bidding, budgeting, eCommerce, React, Laravel Eloquent and Horizon, Ant Design, MobX, styled-components, PHPStan/Larastan, Rector, ESLint, Nx monorepos, OpenSearch, and BigQuery.
