Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations and translate operational insights into product features and technical strategy.
- Design and build full-stack web and backend applications.
- Develop AI capabilities using LLM patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Move prototypes and demos into scalable, reliable, high-quality production products.
- Make architecture decisions appropriate for an early-stage environment.
- Help shape the product, technology, and company direction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python backend development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Relevant experience with vector databases or semantic search.
- Broad product engineering experience designing, building, and deploying products from MVP through production.
- Ability to lead customer conversations and translate feedback into product requirements.
- Experience in a startup or early-stage environment and sound judgment balancing speed, quality, and architecture.
