Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide direct quantum support in laboratory or software development environments.
- Apply software engineering practices to solve problems and design, develop, and maintain quantum systems.
- Identify and grow technical collaborations supporting engineering advancements.
- Identify growth opportunities for quantum and artificial intelligence businesses and build customer-focused MVPs.
- Develop frameworks and programs that use appropriate computational resources for customer use cases.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software development or quantum algorithms.
- Experience in laboratory or software development environments.
- Experience with quantum algorithms, quantum software development, or quantum computing applications.
- Experience with Python, C, C++, or Rust.
- Knowledge of quantum computing hardware, control electronics, and environmental control requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferred qualifications include team management, quantum materials, qubit control, quantum information science, quantum mechanics research, strong collaboration and communication skills, advanced degrees, and related certifications.
