Responsibilities
- Build and own live, event-driven agent-facing interfaces supporting multiple concurrent conversations.
- Build configuration and authoring tools used to onboard customers and communication providers.
- Build customer-facing web surfaces, including surfaces involving consent and privacy requirements.
- Create interfaces that turn dense operational data into decision-supporting experiences.
- Write and own the APIs behind frontend features.
- Instrument frontend applications for error tracking, performance monitoring, and real-user metrics.
- Work within a micro-frontend architecture embedded inside the CRM.
- Operate and debug production systems in collaboration with Product, QA, and DevOps.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building production frontend applications used by real users.
- Strong React and TypeScript skills, including hooks, component composition, state management, rendering behavior, and performance.
- Experience building real-time or event-driven user interfaces using patterns such as WebSockets, SSE, and optimistic updates.
- Strong CSS and layout skills for dense, information-heavy interfaces.
- Sufficient backend experience in any language to build and own feature APIs.
- Ability to debug across browser, network, and service boundaries.
- Sound problem-solving and data structures fundamentals.
- Accountability for existing code, including code produced with AI assistance.
- Preferred experience with micro-frontends, module federation, embedded applications, component libraries, design systems, Preact, Signals, Web Workers, rendering performance, bundle optimization, data visualization, accessibility, internationalization, Node.js, TypeScript, Java, messaging platforms, or integration-heavy SaaS products.
