Responsibilities
- Develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions running on Windows.
- Implement SailPoint IIQ integrations with enterprise applications and identity systems.
- Configure Lifecycle Manager workflows for joiner, mover, leaver, role, and entitlement lifecycle events.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, policies, workflows, and subprocesses.
- Support Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager modules, including QARs for SOX and PCI audits.
- Perform user access certification activations and validations.
- Assist with implementing and integrating IT RBAC roles within SailPoint.
- Support new application rollout and onboarding.
- Provide bulk request support to users and application teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and resolve complex IAM challenges.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of hands-on, in-depth SailPoint development experience.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, user lifecycle management, access certifications, RBAC, entitlement management, and separation of duties.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, and its object model, rules, and policies.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications and identity platforms.
- Experience with relational databases and MS SQL Server.
- Hands-on programming experience with Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or BeanShell for SailPoint customization and development.
- Experience integrating systems and applications using APIs and web services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, geographically distributed team environment.
