Responsibilities
- Architect and build multi-cloud security controls across Coupa's cloud environment.
- Implement policy-as-code and IaC security guardrails integrated into CI/CD processes.
- Harden containerized workloads through image scanning and runtime detection.
- Develop auto-remediation solutions for cloud misconfigurations.
- Lead the vulnerability management program and respond to security incidents.
- Translate audit framework requirements into technical controls with Risk & Compliance.
- Mentor security engineers through design reviews and threat modeling.
- Create reference architectures and runbooks for security tooling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of security engineering experience with hands-on cloud security.
- Deep expertise in AWS security, with knowledge of GCP or Azure as a plus.
- Experience with Terraform or equivalent IaC and policy-as-code frameworks.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python and/or Go.
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms and vulnerability management tools.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and risk discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
