Responsibilities
- Define and drive architecture for Kaseya’s enterprise software platforms.
- Lead the design of secure, scalable, reliable, and performant software systems.
- Serve as a technical authority for complex engineering initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape technical strategy and product direction.
- Establish engineering standards for architecture, code quality, and operational excellence.
- Mentor Staff and Senior Staff engineers, providing technical guidance.
- Identify and resolve systemic technical challenges and architectural gaps.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
- Proven experience as a technical leader across multiple teams or major initiatives.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and application security.
- Hands-on experience reviewing architecture and code for enterprise-scale systems.
