Responsibilities
- Lead production AI delivery by designing and shipping agentic workflows.
- Set engineering standards for AI quality through evaluation frameworks.
- Apply First Principles Problem Solving to define clear solutions for AI challenges.
- Adopt an AI-first approach to improve product outcomes and engineering velocity.
- Practice Data-Driven Decision Making to guide continuous improvement in AI systems.
- Demonstrate Change Agility by adapting to shifts in AI tooling and priorities.
- Execute complex, cross-functional projects integrating AI capabilities into core features.
- Design and maintain highly available and performant features across the platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Mentor engineers on applied AI patterns and production readiness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in modern SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience building production AI-assisted features or agentic systems.
- Strong knowledge of agentic architectures and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Proficiency in LLM evaluation and experimentation methodologies.
- Strong skills in at least one dynamically typed, object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with relational databases and cloud platforms for distributed systems.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end technical projects in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to evaluate and operate AI systems in production with quality metrics.
