Responsibilities
- Build scalable systems focused on performance, concurrency, and efficiency.
- Design and optimize SQL queries and database schemas for large-scale workloads.
- Drive technical design and end-to-end delivery of complex features.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and SQL.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, multithreading, and system design.
- Experience with Linux development and performance optimization.
- Security and SaaS experience are strongly preferred.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
