Responsibilities
- Define solution technical architecture visions, proof-of-concept direction, application designs, and architectural blueprints.
- Translate business requirements into technical system specifications and document system dependencies and requirements.
- Create and maintain structured system documentation and business architecture deliverables aligned with SOA principles.
- Identify logical modules, services, and evolution paths, and make low-level design decisions about their structure and interactions.
- Review vendor specifications and QA test cases to ensure compliance with requirements and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, development teams, vendors, and program stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support contact center and omnichannel capabilities across calls, Teams, SMS, email, and chat.
- Communicate architectural decisions, impacts, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience managing interactions across multiple contact center channels and omnichannel services, including Teams, SMS, email, and chat.
- Experience with contact center add-on applications such as workforce management and call recording.
- Understanding of SaaS solutions and contact center environments.
- Understanding of JIRA and SNOW.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, workflow-design, and problem-solving skills.
- A fundamental grasp of AI tools is an added benefit.
