Responsibilities
- Build and evolve services and tools for Provider Infrastructure and Roster Management.
- Write clean, well-tested code using C#, React, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and Ops to shape solutions from idea to launch.
- Contribute to service migrations from legacy systems to modern architectures.
- Use metrics and dashboards to maintain service health and observability.
- Share knowledge and feedback to improve team performance and technical decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on backend or full-stack work.
- Experience shipping features for high-scale systems where performance and resilience are critical.
- Comfortable working across the stack and learning new system components.
- Experience in an agile, cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of mentoring engineers and enhancing testing and deployment practices.
- Strong communication skills and empathy for users and customers.
