Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain scalable Java and Node.js applications.
- Implement software features according to design and business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and enterprise-grade code.
- Test software using unit tests, system tests, and automation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Develop and enhance software written in Java Spring Boot.
- Consider scalability, hardware capabilities, cross-environment compatibility, and platform implications.
- Handle inter-process communications efficiently and resolve application bugs.
- Research improvements, present projects, and recommend process enhancements and engineering best practices.
- Deliver application work within aggressive deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, such as BE, BTech, MTech, or MCA.
- 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and AWS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with Docker containers running on Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of unit testing, object-oriented software design, and data structures and algorithms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, teamwork, and learning skills.
- Preferred experience with Jira, Snowflake, automation and testing tools, Agile development processes, and CI/CD environments.
- Technical or team lead experience and contact center domain experience are bonuses.
