Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core server-side components.
- Build scalable, high-performance enterprise software.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Debug complex production issues and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Drive innovation while maintaining product quality and reliability.
- Follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4 or more years of software development experience.
- Strong experience in C++, C#, Object oriented design, and Dotnet.
- Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Multithreading, and concurrency.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, networking concepts, and distributed systems.
- Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile development environments.
- Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
