Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality across front-end and Python backend systems.
- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and regression coverage.
- Review and steer AI-generated test suites for effectiveness.
- Triage production issues and drive them to root cause.
- Develop and maintain QA tools and frameworks for automated testing.
- Run exploratory, usability, and manual testing as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategy.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL and analytical databases.
- 3 to 5 years of QA experience.
- Proficiency in Python with pytest for automated testing.
- Depth in API and backend testing, including multi-tenancy and error paths.
- Experience with end-to-end testing across front-end and back-end.
- Ownership of test plans, test cases, and regression coverage.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted quality engineering tools.
- Experience with CI/CD integration, such as GitHub Actions.
- Ability to read code and stack traces to identify root causes.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
