Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of secure, high-throughput IAM systems.
- Define the roadmap for migrating legacy authentication systems to modern architectures.
- Collaborate with Product, Security, and UX teams to create secure technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and set standards for engineering excellence.
- Ensure the reliability and observability of the platform under constant load.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and managing software applications at scale.
- Deep understanding of IAM protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
- Experience with Active Directory and implementing federation protocols.
- Expertise in Data Security, Authentication, and Access Control.
- Proven track record in designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Significant experience designing public-facing APIs.
