Responsibilities
- Architect and implement automated build, test, and deployment workflows using Harness.io and GitHub Actions.
- Develop and maintain Terraform infrastructure-as-code pipelines for consistent provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.
- Operate and optimize cloud components in AWS or Google Cloud Platform while monitoring cost, performance, and security posture.
- Onboard application services to CI/CD pipelines, define branching strategies, and automate release gates.
- Integrate vulnerability scanning, secrets management, testing frameworks, and observability tools into delivery workflows.
- Monitor and triage vulnerabilities identified by Wiz and Macroscope and coordinate remediation with engineering and security teams.
- Configure secure log forwarding to Splunk and enforce logging, compliance, audit, and monitoring standards.
- Diagnose pipeline failures, infrastructure provisioning errors, and environment drift.
- Migrate legacy technology implementations to Docker and Kubernetes platforms.
- Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers and support team onboarding to frameworks.
- Research technology trends, evaluate tools, and build consensus for internal adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Typically a minimum of six years of IT experience with expertise in complex technology solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Experience with policy-as-code tools such as OPA and with vulnerability scanning and secrets management.
- Understanding of Git branching strategies and experience managing large codebases containing legacy and modern technology.
- Experience moving legacy code to the cloud and familiarity with SF DX.
- Experience with continuous integration build engines such as Jenkins.
- GCP or Azure cloud certification and SAFe certification are preferred.
- Experience working with remote onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams is preferred.
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues, exercise judgment, coordinate personnel, and work across areas of expertise.
