Responsibilities
- Define enterprise infrastructure and platform architecture standards, principles, reference architectures, guardrails, and governance standards.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, high-performing hybrid infrastructure solutions and provide design assurance throughout implementation lifecycles.
- Assess current-state enterprise infrastructure, platforms, cloud environments, operational capabilities, maturity, risks, technical debt, and scalability constraints.
- Develop target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps for cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, platform engineering, automation, and operational resilience.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business, technology, compliance, security, and operational requirements.
- Assess disaster recovery, replication, backup, failover, recovery, business continuity, RPO/RTO, and resilience capabilities.
- Provide architecture oversight for platform engineering, self-service enablement, infrastructure operations automation, deployment standardization, and operational consistency.
- Define disaster recovery frameworks, testing methodologies, governance controls, and best practices for availability management.
- Provide guidance during migration, transformation, and platform consolidation initiatives and support selection of cloud-native and platform services.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of professional experience.
- BE/BTech or MBA qualification; an MBA is listed under required degrees/fields of study.
- Enterprise-level Agile experience is mandatory.
- Project management leadership skills are required.
- Experience with infrastructure architecture, hybrid infrastructure, cloud environments, modernization, disaster recovery, resilience, automation, and platform engineering is preferred.
