Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Build scalable web applications using Node.js and server-side development practices.
- Apply asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and work with database systems and data modeling.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team decisions.
- Lead efforts to implement best practices that improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Node.js is required.
- Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with server-side development and scalable web applications.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Knowledge of database systems and data modeling.
- Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
