Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including data models, schema designs, and patient-care workflows.
- Lead Salesforce solution development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows.
- Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, enterprise integration patterns, event-driven integrations, and platform events.
- Establish security standards covering authentication, authorization, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, encryption, PHI, and HIPAA considerations.
- Drive multi-org and environment strategy, governance, platform stability, and scalable org architecture.
- Lead DevOps and CI/CD implementation using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Review technical designs, provide architectural guidance, document architecture decisions and system diagrams, and ensure enterprise-standard alignment.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Identify architectural risks, propose mitigation strategies, own the architectural roadmap, and maintain platform integrity.
- Mentor developers and administrators and advise stakeholders and leadership on Salesforce strategy.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including clinical and patient data models.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and schema design.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flow automation.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, platform events, HTTP, web protocols, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience defining security models involving roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, encryption, and regulated data considerations.
- Proven experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect, and Security & Identity Architect are highly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries with HIPAA, PHI, and PII compliance standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with global teams, meet project timelines, and uphold quality and security standards.
