Responsibilities
- Shape the ServiceNow platform architecture roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Oversee platform design standards, solution reviews, data models, and integration approaches.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
- Configure, develop, script, and integrate ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
- Lead integration implementation using APIs, events, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Support release management, deployments, environment strategy, resilience, security, and operational continuity.
- Identify automation and continuous-improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and platform adoption.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation and after go-live.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to stronger engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in large, complex environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and integrations.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, and scripting.
- Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, CMDB/CSDM, and platform design principles.
- Experience working in regulated environments, preferably banking or financial services.
- Ability to lead delivery while remaining hands-on technically.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issues through resolution.
