Responsibilities
- Own technical design and architecture and drive adoption of future-state solutions.
- Lead and guide the POD through technical direction and collaboration.
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications focused on ReactJS and modern UI technologies.
- Build scalable solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, and related enterprise technologies.
- Drive DevOps automation and performance improvements across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure reliability, reusability, scalability, and supportability standards.
- Troubleshoot defects and production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage work across the full delivery lifecycle from requirements analysis and estimation through production rollout.
- Lead modules or projects end to end, including planning, delivery, quality assurance, and production implementation.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to develop strategic solutions and strengthen technical capability.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript, with ReactJS and UI technologies as the primary focus.
- Experience with Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, microservices, and JUnit.
- Proficiency with Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk, Maven, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and AppDynamics.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for applications deployed on industry-standard platforms.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery models and building modular, extensible, and maintainable software.
- Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Banking-domain experience or a strong understanding of enterprise financial-services environments.
- Confident communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
